I accidentally purchased the wrong size for my vape and customer service said that they do not accept return for being "dissatisfied" with one of their products! All I wanted to do was return the wrong ones and pay for the correct ones...however they wouldn't accept that as a reason for a return. I was very surprised and annoyed because nothing for vaped are cheap so it wad a total waste of money unfortunately. I've rarely been unable to return an item I was "dissatisfied "with online or in person. So make sure it's something you really want, because they will not take anything back or give your money back!
